Manitoba Métis Federation Sixties Scoop National Database

The Manitoba Métis Federation Sixties Scoop National Database allows individual Métis Sixties Scoop Survivors to create a secured account to access, store and retrieve their information related to the Sixties Scoop. For example, survivors can upload their adoption records and photos for safekeeping. The database permits survivors to input their current contact information, which the department may occasionally use to communicate on Sixties Scoop matters by email or mail. All information within the database uses standard bank-level encryption, 256-bit AES, or advanced encryption standard.

You are required to read the privacy policy (below) before creating an account, which outlines the policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of personal information received through these processes.

You have two options to create an account:

  • you can create an account below, or
  • you can call or email us if you would prefer we input your information into the National Database on your behalf.

To develop a strong relationship with Survivors, the Intake Worker will reach out to you to provide you with information about our programs and services after you have registered.

If you have any questions, please call our office at 431-317-3366 or toll-free at 1-877-595-2194. If you decide to have your information removed from the national database, please email us at sixties.scoop@mmf.mb.ca.

SPECIAL NOTE: You are not required to re-register if you have an account. You may log in with your password. Once logged in, please review and update your contact information.
